Day 1
Upon arrival at Kos Airport, a transfer will be ready to take you to TAF Boutique Villas, which is approximately 30-45 minutes away. Your host, Gilly, will warmly welcome you and guide you to your accommodation for the week. You will have some time to unpack and familiarize yourself with the surroundings. Your designated bicycle for the week will also be introduced to you at this time.
At around 6 pm, you will gather with the group for your first evening meal and be introduced to your fitness instructor/assistant host. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow retreaters, and you will be provided with a detailed plan for the exciting week ahead.
If you happen to arrive later than this scheduled time, rest assured that a delicious evening meal will be prepared for you, and you will have the chance to meet everyone the following morning at breakfast.
Day 2
If you’re feeling up for it, a fitness class will be held at 8 am, but please remember that participation is voluntary and not mandatory. After the class, a buffet breakfast will be available between 9 am and 10 am, giving you plenty of time to enjoy it at your leisure.
There are no other scheduled activities until 4 pm, when an evening of fitness class, sunset yoga/Pilates, and a BBQ will take place. If you prefer, you can use your free time to explore the local sites. The beach is just a short walk or cycle away.
Day 3
Day 3 will commence with an early start as we embark on a guided bike ride to the Thermal springs of Kos. The bike ride spans a total distance of approximately 38km, but we will pause midway to luxuriate in the purported healing properties of the natural spring. The route will lead you through the splendid Kos Town.
If cycling for longer distances isn’t your cup of tea, you may opt for an E-Bike upgrade by requesting more information.
Upon our return to the Villas, you will have some downtime to unwind before we commence an evening of fitness classes for those interested. We will end the day with a sunset pilates/yoga class, which will be a sublime way to conclude the day after the morning’s bike ride.
Day 4
Do you wake up early? If so, you’ll adore the Pilates/yoga class on Day 4, which is a phenomenal way to commence the day.
Later on, there will be an assortment of fitness classes for you to choose from.
Additionally, you may wish to venture out on your bike to explore the local surroundings, and you can ask Gilly or Louise (the Villa Manager) for some suggestions.
Day 5
We will be starting Day 5 early to avoid the scorching sun as we hike up Mount Dikeos. It is highly recommended to have breakfast beforehand, and transportation will be arranged to take you to the mountain village of Zia, where we will commence the hike to the island’s highest point to relish the stunning views. The hike is of moderate difficulty, and for those who enjoy trail running, it is feasible to run, with reasonably good signposting. You will have ample time to explore Zia, such as shopping, sipping coffee, or perhaps visiting the nature park.
Upon leaving Zia, you will be transported back to the luxurious villas. In the evening, you can choose from a selection of fitness classes available.
Day 6
Day 6 will start with a fitness class at a more relaxed time, giving you ample time to prepare for your selected activity. At the beginning of the week, you will have booked your activity with Gilly. You may have opted for a horse riding session, which can be arranged at sunset, freeing up the rest of the day for other activities. For those interested in learning a new skill, we offer windsurfing lessons, or if you are an experienced windsurfer, equipment rental can be arranged. Kos is renowned for windsurfing, and it’s an excellent opportunity to try it out. If you feel that you have done enough exercise and require some pampering, the traditional Artemis Hamam offers various packages, ranging from an hour to an entire day of relaxation. If you are feeling adventurous, you could go on a boat trip to explore local islands or even Turkey. Alternatively, if you feel like having a lazy day, we can direct you to some of the local beaches.
Day 7
On the last day of your stay, we will begin with a revitalizing Pilates or Yoga class, followed by a variety of fitness classes throughout the day, including an invigorating Aqua Fitness class in the sea. However, the classes will conclude early, as we will make our way to Kos town in the early evening to indulge in the local cuisine at the harbour. This is a fantastic opportunity to pick up some last-minute souvenirs before returning home.

Day 8
On departure day, it’s time to bid farewell. We will express our gratitude for your stay and accompany you to your airport transfer. Although we will be sad to see you go, we hope you had an incredible retreat experience that you will cherish and that you will consider visiting us again in the future. Safe travels!
