BODY360
Body360 class is our signature class. Since 2013 we have had this class on the schedule and it has always been our clients favourite class. By combining functional training and movements with different stations like battle ropes, medballs, and KB & Dumbells. 40 seconds of work and 20 rest until change of station. this beginner to advance level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. You always go at your own pace making it easy to scale.

HYROX
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run or walk, followed by one (1) functional workout station, repeated eight times. Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the fitness sport for everybody. It can be scaled to suite all levels of participants, and as ALWAYS go at your own pace!

Beach Training
During Beach Training we combine body weight exercises and the beautiful beach of Coral Bay. A few kettle bell swings with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises RIGHT ON THE BEACH! It is a fun activity that always brings people together and what always happens at Titan Fitness, we make friends. A proper BootCamp is not completed without a beach workout!

Sunset Stretch & Mobility
Sunset Stretch & Mobility is one of our favourite fitness classes. It is a very important element in the fitness regime, to work on our stretching & mobility skills. It helps the body recover faster. Increased range of motion: Lengthening your muscles, tendons and connective tissues can enhance your athletic performance and make it easier to move in your day-to-day life and prolong life. As we get older age our mobility and flexibility is reduced.
This class is only 30 minutes long.

Strength and Technique (S&T)
S&T is another class we been teaching since 2013, it’s the fundamental Strength and Technique class where we focus primarily on strength exercises and no cardio. We will mix it up with the deadlift, press, push press and throw in some basic olympic lifts suitable for beginners.
Having proper form while lifting help us to avoid injuries it will also make the workout itself feel easier.

Open Gym
Open Gym means that you can do anything you like and this time is not lead by a coach in a class setting. Open gym is a great time to do one of the trainings from group classes that you may have missed during the week or if you just want to do your own exercise. When we have gyms/group bookings, this is also the perfect time to hold your own class.

SUNSET HIKE on Tuesdays
Welcome to our perfect sunset hike workout. During this hike we will walk from campus along the beautiful shore of Coral Bay towards the famous and beautiful Sea caves and while we exercise we ge too enjoy the photogenic walkway along the coast.

Tennis Court on site
Sometimes you just want to try something different while on a Bootcamp, then give a friendly tennis match a go with fellow campers.

Titan Fitness - It all started back in 2013

Our journey started back in 2013 when we opened our first Titan Fitness Camp in Thailand. We subsequently sold that camp and recently open our second branch in Portugal, Titan Fitness in sunny Algarve! If you have any questions about Titan Fitness Algarve let us know and we can help.

During our 11 years working within the fitness industry we’ve been part of several fitness camps and fitness retreats all over Asia and Europe, we’ve created unforgettable fitness holidays for our clients, worked with gyms and groups from all over the world and partnered up with many amazing fitness influencers. We’ve also had amazing teams of fitness gyms/trainers/coaches and staff. This time we are delivering an amazing hybrid of all creating a fitness bootcamp affliated Hyrox facility.

Titan Fitness Cyprus is our third Camp in our Titan Fitness Camp saga.

What is the difference between the FITness Program and the BootCamp Package?
First let’s break down the similarities

  • You can start any day of the week
  • Both are one (1) week minimum and up to four (4) weeks or longer.
  • Recommended check-in day on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • They can be combined, you can start the first week with the BootCamp Package and if you feel that you want to work on certain goals and need support you can change to the FITness Program. It can also be the opposite you start with the FITness Program with the support a personal trainer (PT) and once ready to workout without a PT get a BootCamp Package.
  • Both are awesome options for beginners to more experienced participants. It all depends on what you want to achieve. If you are looking for an active fitness holiday then the BootCamp Package is the perfect option. If you want to work on certain goals or improve certain skills the FITness package is a better fit.

What is the difference?
We have been doing this for over a decade and we have used that knowledge to create the most straightforward package for those that just want the experience of a Titan Fitness Camp with the flexibility of just doing classes accommodation and breakfast. That is the BootCamp Package!

The FITness program is where we use our experience to create a fitness program that suits your needs and wishes, wether it’s weight loss (think fat loss) or building muscles and it becomes more of a transformation program. You maybe want to improve a certain technique? Everyone is different and we are here to help. Here we added 2 meals daily (breakfast and dinner) and 3 personal training sessions weekly. With the help of our experienced personal trainers we will create a program and plan that fits your needs and goals.

Would you prefer YOGA instead?
Yoga for Athletes, Yoga Therapy, Flow Yoga or Restorative/Yin.
We can make you an individualised program with Yoga focus with our lovely Yoga expert Vanessa if you prefer, just contact us!

Do I need a visa?
EU-citizens can travel freely within the EU. From other countries, you receive a 90-day visa on arrival. US passport holders do not require a visa to enter Cyprus for a stay of up to 90 days.
To travel to Cyprus, you must follow the Schengen area passport requirements. (Double-check with your local embassy as some countries are exempt from this rule).

How is the weather?
In the summer months from April to November, it is warm and sunny; some describe it as perfect! Cyprus is known for being a sunny place with 300-340 days of sunshine per year! Training outdoors is wonderful! We are open from March to November, which are known as the sunny months. The rainy months are normally December, January, and February, hence we are closed those months. In the hot months of July and August, it is cooler in Coral Bay by the sea compared to inland.

Can I come even if I am not fit?
Yes!
Titan Fitness Cyprus is a place for everyone, both unfit and fit people. It really doesn’t matter your previous fitness knowledge, age, or weight; everyone can come and learn, improve, and get fit and healthy. Our classes have 5-20 people per class, in it together, stronger together.

How often can I train?
This is a very individual question. If you are used to training, you can do 2-3 sessions per day if you recover and rest between sessions. If you are new to training, we recommend easing into it, starting with 1 class per day plus a Stretch & Mobility Class and a soft cardio session in the gym. After a day or two, add 1 more class to the training routine. The best is to consult with your trainer during the first session.

What to do when we are not training?
Coral Bay is a big tourist destination and there are many things to do here when not training. Shopping in Paphos, great nightlife, fine dining, cinema, bowling, water parks, weekend markets, boat trips, or kayaks. And don't forget, we are located at the beach!

Are there many solo travellers?
Yes! Most of the Titans are solo travellers. We recommend that you arrive on a Saturday or Sunday. On Mondays, we will have a welcome tour for new arrivals. You’ll get to know new friends from day one. We have a very welcoming and supportive environment with great energy. You will have a great time with your new bootcampers!

Can I join any day of the week?
To get the best outcome of your fitness bootcamp package, we recommend our clients arrive on a Saturday or Sunday. But if you can’t make it on a Saturday or Sunday, let us know and we’ll sort it out together on arrival.

Do you offer personal training sessions?
Yes, you can locally book personal training sessions with your favorite PT/PTs. 1 session per week is included in the bootcamp package, and 3 sessions in the weight loss program.

Do you offer WIFI?
Yes, but not in the rooms. Only in common areas such as reception, restaurant, and the indoor training area has WIFI. The reception area has fiber up to 300mb download speed. There is a great coffee house a few minutes' walk away, which is great if you need to work. But at the resort, you will also find desks suitable in the common area.

How do I get around?
The easiest way is to use Bolt; the rates here are low. You can also find public transportation. You won’t need any transportation from the camp to the accommodation as it is at our partner resort Corallia Beach Apartments. There are also supermarkets and restaurants minutes away.

What should I bring?
You’ll spend a lot of time training, but you will also hang out by the pool or on the beach. Bring proper training gear and shoes, your favorite swimwear, and a towel for the sweaty workouts. Don’t forget sunblock!

How to get to the bootcamp from the airport?
It is easy to get a transfer from either international airport to the camp, either with a taxi or airport shuttle service. It is around 140km from Larnaca and takes around 90 minutes to drive, or from Paphos Airport, it is a 30-minute drive.

What is your cancellation policy?
We know no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their stay, but unexpected things happen and we encourage you to purchase travel cancellation insurance. Our policy on cancellations for any reason is non-refundable.

Are you located at the beach?
Yes! We are located at Corallia Beach, the most beautiful beach in Coral Bay!

Do I need to join all the classes?
Sunday is always a rest day where you get the chance to recover and explore the island or just spend time on the beach by yourself or with your fellow Titans. None of our classes are obligatory; however, our schedule creates a balance between fitness and recovery.

What's the difference between studio & 1 BDR apartment?
See more under the Prices tab for a room tour. Both apartment types have an equipped kitchen, making it possible to cook if needed. Our partner hotel Corallia also has a small supermarket on-site. There is a bigger supermarket less than 10 minutes' walk away.

Are there any ATM's nearby?
Yes, there is one 1 minute's walk away.

Are there any booking fees?
On all bookings, we charge a 4% processing fee on credit card and PayPal transactions. On bank transfer, there is a 0% fee. All payments are in EURO.



To participate in the races requires full acceptance of regulations:

  1. Any changes might affect the final pricing
  2. Athletes competing should understand that they are moving in an open, exposed to particular weather conditions that will prevail on that particular day of the race.
  3. Valid participation is considered to be valid after it has been paid off financially.
  4. Participants are obliged to fully comply with the regulations set by the organizer. They are also obliged to obey the suggestions of the individuals (eg. volunteers, reviewers) designated by the organizer. Failure to comply with the regulations or instructions will result in the exclusion penalty, with no refund or any other costs. Any person authorized by the event manager may record any infringement that he has perceived and report it to the event manager.
  5. Any marking of the space provided by the event manager is temporary, intended to serve the participants, and is removed after the event.
  6. Athletes are involved at their own risk and the organizing authority is not responsible for any injuries they may have, as stated in the statement of responsibility or here. However, qualified medical personnel and a fully equipped ambulance will be available. There will also be rescue teams covering the event.
  7. Participants participate at their own risk and must have been examined by a physician who has found them capable of participating in the particular event. Medical advice must not be older than 30 days from the last day of the following day of the event.
  8. It is strictly forbidden to dispose of any kind of object during the whole event, such as plastic bottles or any other solid or liquid food packaging material used by athletes during the event. Disposal of packaging materials or other non-organic waste anywhere on the route beyond the predetermined, carries an exclusion penalty, no refund, or any other costs.
  9. The event manager undertakes to supervise the field of play with specialized personnel in safety, rescue, and medical assistance to the participants in need. In cases where security personnel and referees indicate to athletes that the event must be stopped for safety reasons, the latter is obliged to obey. Non-compliance means exclusion, no refund, or any other costs.
  10. In case of need, the event manager reserves the right to postpone the start of the event in order not to endanger the physical integrity of the participants. In very extreme conditions he can cancel the event.
  11. In case the event is postponed indefinitely, a full refund will be made to the participants.
  12. Participant exclusion occurs for: a) Pollution of the site. b) Inappropriate behavior towards the organizing staff. c) Inappropriate behavior towards the spectators of the event. d) Non-compliance with these Regulations.
  13. The organizers are not responsible for the deaths, injuries, or any damage to the health of the participants who, upon submitting their request for participation, declare that they are aware of the risks involved including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the foregoing that their health status is good and allows them to participate, and they have recently been examined by a doctor on this subject. However, no participant will be required to submit a medical certificate. They are obliged to perform regular medical checkups in order to check their health status. The event managers disclaim any responsibility for the physical integrity of the participants, who should behave responsibly at any dangerous points on the route. The organizers disclaim any financial responsibility in the event of outside assistance to any athlete.
  14. Participants consent to be featured in photographs or any other media from the event, which shall be used exclusively to promote the current and future events.
  15. The organizers have the authority to modify the rules and regulations of the event, with no further notice.
